Terms of Use

All the services, applications and content offered at SchoolCountry.com will come under the purview of this agreement.

This “Terms of Use Agreement” sets forth all legally binding terms of Use of SchoolCountry.com services, applications and content. By using SchoolCountry.com, you explicitly become a “User” who has agreed to be bound by this agreement whether you are a passing visitor or a registered member of SchoolCountry.com. Eligibility

Use of and Membership in the SchoolCountry.com is void where prohibited. By using the SchoolCountry.com Services, you represent and warrant that

(a) All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate;

(c) All personal data given to SchoolCountry via theSchoolCountry.com site MUST be given by a qualified person (i.e. a person over 12 years of age) via their "SchoolCountry User Account";

Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are less than 13 years of age and do not have parent permission.

Term of Agreement

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use SchoolCountry.com Services. SchoolCountry.com may terminate your Membership at any time, without warning. Even after Membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect. Any changes to the agreement will be enforced upon posting of the agreement to SchoolCountry.comm

Account Access

When you register to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify SchoolCountry.com immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

As a registered member of SchoolCountry you are authorizing SchoolCountry to send automatic email reminders of the invites you have already sent. If you do not want SchoolCountry to send automatic reminders to your invitees please send an email from your registered email id to [email protected] with the subject: No Auto Reminders

Fees

It is agreed by the user that SchoolCountry.com reserves the right to charge for its Services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. If SchoolCountry.com terminates your Membership because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.

Posting and Use of Content

SchoolCountry.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. The content posted by the users are not necessarily reviewed by SchoolCountry.com and do not represent the policies and views of SchoolCountry.com. SchoolCountry.com does not endorse and has no control over such content.

Objectionable Content

SchoolCountry.com doesn’t allow users to post personal information (Phone Number, Address) on public blogs on SchoolCountry.com. It is also strictly advised not to post any disturbing, lewd, violent, sexually explicit, racism, hatred subject matters. Despite the prohibition and monitoring of the site, objectionable information might appear on SchoolCountry.com. All users who come across such information agree to report the abuse to SchoolCountry team through email [email protected]. SchoolCountry.com assumes no responsibility or liability for such material.

Ownership of Material

Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from Member profiles without notice and may result in termination of Membership privileges. It is agreed by the users not to use SchoolCountry.com for any kind of illegal activities, like sexual solicitation, financial traps, solicitation of personal info, threatening, obscene or defamatory activities, sexual imagery, stalking, Virus, automated scripts which will write comments onto website, using others account information, posting copyrighted and pirated material, chain letters, spamming, photos or information of other persons for which you do not have explicit acceptance and etc.

SchoolCountry.com is committed to its users overall safety and reserves the right to work and cooperate with local authorities to take appropriate action against any user indulging in illegal activities on SchoolCountry.com.

Member Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions on SchoolCountry.com. SchoolCountry.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

Privacy

Disclaimers

However, we are not accountable or responsible for any loss or damage, including death or personal injury arising out of use of our advice.

Disputes

If there is any dispute about or involving SchoolCountry.com, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the Civil court of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India without regard to conflict of law provisions. Either SchoolCountry.com or you may demand that any dispute between SchoolCountry.com and you about or involving SchoolCountry.com must be settled by arbitration utilizing, provided that the foregoing shall not prevent SchoolCountry.com from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Indemnity

Other

This Agreement is accepted upon your use of SchoolCountry.com or any of the SchoolCountry.com Services and is further affirmed by you becoming a Member. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and SchoolCountry.com regarding the use of SchoolCountry.com. The failure of SchoolCountry.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
