Hello Reena

Before answering the question, it would be useful to know why you want to switch the schools? I would then be able to offer a proper advice / guidance.

Anyways, it is possible to switch from ICSE to CBSE in class 7. Though not very easy for the child, but it still possible to adjust to the new pattern, syllabus and teaching style in 3-5 months.
