I cannot afford to send my kid in ICSE schools because it is very expensive but some body told me that the Maths and science portion is the same for ICSE and SSC board . Is this true. And during admissions in Degree colleges , it does not make a difference whether you are from ICSE or SSC . Is this true ? [View Answer]

thanks for the query. broadly the course would be similar. it is not same. the difference usually comes in the way it is approached, not so much in the content.

usually it does not matter if you did your 12th from icse or ssc. so your guess is correct that it does not matter so much, as far as admission to degree college is concerned.
